We're so lucky to have some of the finest and freshest food in the South West right on our doorstep. Because it's been grown, or caught or produced locally it's really tasty and allows us the opportunity to reduce our food miles. We're pleased to welcome some of our best local producers to the Festival, many of whom will be offering tasters on the day.

Made in small batches and with no waste, a truly local concept with Cornish farming values. |

We prepare fresh fish dishes such as Sushi, Sashimi, Crab Dumplings, Fish Tempura (for example monkfish and calamari), Chowders, Kedgeree, Paella etc. Depending on the time of year we also serve amazing local oysters. We use ONLY British (and predominantly Newlyn, Penzance) landed fish, caught sustainably.
We use locally sourced fresh vegetables (organic where possible) and locally produced organic soda breads to serve with our fabulous dishes.
We have extraordinarily high professional standards and even under extreme pressure we maintain minute attention to detail, equally we are a fun team and guarantee our clients and their guests have a great experience. We also have a cocktail ‘flarer' as part of our team who would give Tom Cruise (in his film role) a run for his money.
We have experience in event catering and run 'pop up restaurants'. We have also provided catering for A list celeb weddings and exclusive dinner/beach parties etc. We have also done television location catering
